Where does the Time go??

Firstly a belated Happy New Year to you all!

I realised that it's been nearly a whole month since I've blogged! With Christmas and our new addition to the family  - a little puppy - life is hectic!

So I just had time to make a quick and simple card for Less Is More this week. The theme there is one layer hearts. I've had this stamp set from HunkyDory since June and its the first time out the packet!!

Back Soon!

I am also entering this card into the following challenges :

Back to Normality

Now back from my holidays and getting ready for the start of the new school term, I have a little more time to craft. I thought to ease myself back in gently I would show a simple card which I made for Christmas Stampin All Year Long Challenge  - a mini Christmas card.

I used an old favourite stamp I have had for some years which I coloured with Promarkers and a gold pen. And that really is it!

I am also entering the following challenges :

Less is More - Sewing

At last summer seems to have arrived in the UK - its very hot in the South today! Also my new Embellisher machine arrived yesterday - can't wait to have a play with that!

Today I am sharing a card I made for LiM Challenge, which is sewing. I haven't entered this for awhile and just had enough time yesterday to do this one.

I used a set of stamps from Debbi Moore and stamped them individually to create a collage using Adirondack ink.

Challenges I am entering:

A simple card

I love making these simple cards. This one I made using the stamps from the Polka Doodles Christmas Kit which you can buy in the shops. It is one of the best kits I have bought in magazine format.

The challenges I am entering with this card are

Less is More

At Less is More, they are attempting to get 1000 entries for this week's challenge which could be anything as long as its simple. I made this one using a House Mouse stamp and a Christmas Sentiment, coloured with Promarkers. I think its quite sweet!

Less is More - Feeling Fruity

The challenge at Less is More this week is "Feeling Fruity" I really enjoyed the freedom of making a simple card! I used Adirondack Espresso Ink to stamp the Hero Arts grapes and coloured the image with Distress Inks.
