WOYWW 95

Oh dear, my desk doesn't look any tidier from last week! As you can see from the photo there is a bit of a Tim Holtz theme going on. There is Grungy Monday, Lots to Do Forum Tag swap, and the Stampman who all have Tim theme. I have been having fun with my new embossing folders and yesterday bought some grungeboard shapes and a mask. So watch this space!!

Every Inchie Monday - Wings

I have so many things on the go at the moment, so thought I would just make a quick inchie (a new addiction of mine!) for Every Inchie Monday, between other things! This week the theme is wings. I used distress ink to colour the tile, stamped an inchie image from Inkadinkadoo and decorated it with glitter glue.

A Pretty Little Brooch

I have had the parts for this piece for a long time, but finally got it made this week. I really enjoyed making something different. I used a kilt pin finding, made a patera piece and bead charms and decorated with a piece of chain.

There are two challenges I am going to enter with this, one is there The Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge and the other is Tuesday Throwdown both of which want to see anything but a card!
And also
Bling it On - anything goes with an added charm.

Think Monday, Think ATC Challenge

Its been ages since I entered the TMTA challenge, but the theme this week was blue and as I had a gorgeous collage sheet from Pam at Fromthecraftroom.com I just had to enter this ATC. I used various individual images to make the picture and added blue glitter glue accents on the butterflies.

WOYWW (94)

This is the first time I have entered my workspace in WOYWW, which has made me realise what a (creative! :)) mess its in!! If you look closely you will get a sneaky peek at some of the projects I am working on - an altered matchbox, kilt pin and Blue ATC. My new Tattered Angels Mists are all lined up waiting to be played with too. I love this desk and have had it years. It has always housed some sort of craft even when it was supposed to be homework!!

Folk Art tags

I made these tags for the CraftyMess monthly tag swap. I had bought the new Sheena Douglass Paint Fusion stamps, but not having the time at the moment to get all the paints out, I painted the first tag and then used Promarkers and a white gel pen for the others. On kraft card I think it looks really effective.

At last I can reveal my charms that I entered into Ink Stains swap. They have now been posted out and I can't wait to receive my swaps.
